Can't access seasonal convenience online

On the Xfinity website, when you click on enroll (in seasonal convenience), it won't send you there. Second day trying...

When I go to this link and click on 'enroll' I get the following 

comcastseasonal.com refused to connect.

@dwalt350 Have you tired to use a different device to access the link? How about clearing the cache and cookies, closing out your browser before trying again, have you tried that?
