Can't access documents on the Xfinity website
I'm trying to access my legal documents/contracts from the Xfinity website so that I can save a copy for my own records, however the website does not work. It repeatedly tells me "We are having some trouble connecting to My Account" and eventually requires me to sign in again but nothing changes when I do, it still doesn't work. How can I get a copy of these documents?

@user_n36v5j Thank you so much for your post on accessing your documents. This link here may be a more direct link for you. https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/account/contracts I would recommend shutting any currently open browser windows you might have open and clearing your cache and cookies before accessing the page. Once there you will need to log in but should be brought directly to your documents. I was able to test the link just now using copy and paste with Chrome and the page worked great to get me to the documents for my account. I am also currently connected to my home network not using a cellular connection. Let me know if you are still running into issues.
