Can’t access account to reset password

I’m being forced to reset a password on a business email but the prompts won’t allow me to reset the password. I tried speaking to a human but was unable to reach one. Is there any number I can call to speak to a person to explain the situation to?

We have a number for Comcast Business accounts to get assistance over the phone at 1-800-391-3000 or you can reset your Business account password or your Residential account password online.
