Can't access account details or information, "We're setting up your account"

I purchased a self installed internet package two days ago but have no way to verify whether it was actually sent or not I haven't recieved any confirmation emails and there are two 50 dollar charges pending on my bank account that have been sitting since then. When I try to login all i get is the page saying thank you for your purchase so I have no way of being sure that anything is confirmed or on it's way
