Cannot view contracts

The website has given me trouble the entire 3 years I've been using this service. It logs me out frequently, even when I'm in the middle of loading a page, leaving me unable to view important information or adjust my billing. Now that the support has been completely replaced with a useless AI chatbot, I can't even get help through there anymore.

My bill was raised again and I want to view my contracts, yet the website keeps logging me out before I can view them. I'm tired of jumping through hoops when I pay good money every month to this service and at this point I'm extremely tempted to just cancel and move on
