Cannot upgrade to unlimited data

I see that I am not the only customer who has received a notice that I’m about to go over my 1.2TB data limit, only to discover that there is no way to upgrade to unlimited data. All the links I follow lead me to plans for increased speed. None of them indicate how much data is included. How do I upgrade to unlimited data?
