Cannot Upgrade to Unlimited Data, no explanation
Hello, I hope you are well. I have been trying to upgrade my xfinity internet plan to unlimited data for the advertised additional $30.00 per month, but every time I do I am redirected to a page that says "Temporarily Unavailable," without any explanation. I would like to know if I can, or cannot upgrade to unlimited data, and if not, I would like to know why. Please and thank you.

@user_levjsv Welcome to our community forum and thank you @EG for moving this post for more visibility. If you have your own modem, I can add unlimited data for $30.00 per month. We also offer the option to use an Xfinity modem and we can bundle the equipment rental and unlimited data for $25.00 per month! Which option sounds better to you?
