Cannot transfer service to new address
I was an Xfinity customer for 2 years- no issues. I went to move my service and I cannot transfer it to my new address. I put in a serviceability request and it came up invalid. The building is already wired for Xfinity, and it's the only provider I can use, every other unit appears on the list except mine. I went into the store once for the serviceability request, and the second time to try again to no avail. I've now returned my equipment and will no longer be an Xfinity customer unless I can get this resolved.
