Cannot speak with live agent
I've been attempting to speak with an agent for now two days straight at Xfinity yet repeatedly I've been denied access by your pathetic AI system on both the phone and chat, and it does not even listen to customer concerns but instead spews the same irrelevant information to me over and over. At this point I've contacted the FCC and will happily contact them again and again until I get a response from a human who works at Xfinity. This is the worst customer service experience that I have ever even heard of, let alone had to deal with myself.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
