Cannot speak with a representative

I have had no television for 6 days.  I have had no internet for at least 2 days.  I have tried and tried to reach a human.  I spent 40 minutes texting with Sangeeta and after 40 minutes she disappeared.  A new rep Vandanna came on the chat and I was not going to start the whole text over.  I explained that I had just wasted 40 minutes (on top of the hours I spent over the last 6 days trying to speak to a person) and she say to hold on and then transferred me to a new waiting line - I was number 87 and I finally ended the chat.  The Xfinity team has not been able to remotely fix the problem.  They are sending someone over this coming Tuesday.  In the meantime, I have been unable to log in to my electronic medical records from home to provide patient care, to refill prescriptions, or to write notes.  I have done some of that via a mobile hotspot from my phone.  I have no idea what Comcast is trying to accomplish by getting rid of phone communications, but it is not working.  If my email were not [Edit: Personal Information], I would have shut the service down and just moved to FIOS.  But, that ist so easy.  I need someone to call me and talk to me and to understand what the problem is.  I do not need a computer (and the fake typing at each call).  I do not need a chat.  I need real HELP.  Thank you
