Cannot send message using the server Comcast

I CANNOT SEND any emails from my account. I called customer service multiple times, got a response, and was SEEMINGLY getting somewhere when they hung up on me. They never called me back, then when I tried calling back the automated system said an account doesn't exist with my account, I'm literally writing this message from my account that's connected to my phone. Let me talk to a dang Xfinity representative and not some stupid robot.

Hello @user_rfa42, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum and we would be happy to help. If you're having trouble sending or receiving emails with Xfinity, you should first verify your email settings, including the correct incoming and outgoing mail servers (imap.comcast.net and smtp.comcast.net) and that authentication is set up properly. If you are still having trouble, clear the cache in your email client. Let us know if that helps. Also, check out Turn your access to third-party email programs on or off in Xfinity Email or Set up your Xfinity Email address with an email program.

@XfinityChelseaB The incoming and outgoing look right. Howe do check that my authentication is set-up properly and clear my cache?

The individual whom I was on the phone with explained NONE of this to me, they just looking me up in the system.

@user_rfa42, No worries! We will get you taken care of. To clear cache and cookies in an email client, you typically need to use the settings within your web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Edge) or the email client's settings if it's a desktop application. For Gmail, you can use the "Clear browsing data" option within Chrome. For Outlook, you can clear the cache by accessing the RoamCache folder in your local application data. Which email client are you using for your Comcast Email?
