Cannot select Flex box to return

I am trying to return my Flex box as I am canceling my service. However, no devices show up on the page for initiating a

return. Please advise.

@user_b54f70 Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I can understand the frustration of not being able to print a label out. Since the option to print is not there, you can take the Flex box to any UPS location, and they will print out a label as well as box up the device to ship back to us at no charge to you. We have a wonderful partnership with UPS and you will be taken care of.

@XfinityTimothyA​ Thanks for the response. To confirm, I have not been able to "prepare" a return through the online system or otherwise inform Xfinity that I will be returning the Flex box. If I go to a UPS store, how will they know where to ship, who the box is from, etc?

@user_b54f70 That is a great question. We do have a partnership with them, and they will be able to bring up the inforamtion on where the device needs to be shipped back to. They will print you out the tracking information, and you will be able to see that it has been delivered to us.

Thanks for the clarification. And so once the box is delivered to Xfinity, will the staff there be able to "link" the Flex box return to my account? Is there some sort of serial number that they will use to determine that?

@user_b54f70 On the devices there are bar codes that will be scanned to bring up your account and the devices will be removed at that time. It is a very seamless process to make sure you are taken care of.
