Cannot review active redeemed benefits

Under the Xfinity Membership benefits I have numerous redeemed benefits that I cannot access and have not been able to access for over 6 months now. I used to be able to click the redeems benefits and go back and view codes or gift cards and use those codes. I will post a screenshot where it says unavailable at this time. I have used mobile app, browser, phone browser on multiple computers and phones and reset cache all to no avail. Well, I would post a screenshot but the system doesn't seem to allow me to. Any advice? I have 2 free universal tickets I would like to use but I cannot access the redeemed benefits that my e-mail links too.

Ouch. That Universal Studios ticket code is gone now. You needed to take a screenshot of the code when you claimed it. I've had the same issue as you for almost four and a half months now. Direct messages, phone calls, emails, and a Better Business Bureau complaint didn't get them to fix it. More customers are having the issue as time passes. At this point I don't think they're going to fix it until a whole lot of people have the issue and complain about it. Even customer service representatives can't view the claimed rewards of customers with this issue, so that ticket code is gone for now. Take screenshots of any gift card numbers and codes for rewards you claim or they're gone until this issue is fixed.

I never saw the code. When I clicked it said "check your e-mail for code and how to redeem code" or something similar to this. I click on the link in the e-mail which takes me to redeemed benefits but I can't view the redeemed benefits. My sister can just fine and she got her code. So I never actually got to see a code.

The wild thing is my dad and sister can view theirs just fine. No problems. I went into the Xfinity store locally and showed them my problem and they said they weren't able to help and told me to call tech support. And they pulled up their phones and had no problem seeing their redeemed benefits. They also said that was the first they heard of this.

So, is it an Xfinity issue with a certain number of users?

Again, I have android phone and have tried many different browsers, and Xfinity app.

I am going to try logging in on my sisters phone to see if it makes a difference. She can see her redeemed benefits. So, I am going to try.

Yes, it's an Xfinity issue with a certain number of users. It's not going to work on your sister's phone. It's like certain users are getting locked out or blocked from seeing their previously claimed rewards. You should have seen a code when you claimed the reward. Later I can post a screenshot of what you should have seen, but it's not going to help at this point. It's your account that's messed up. I've tried all the ways you can view your previously claimed rewards. Through browsers on a desktop PC and several mobile devices, both Android and Apple. And the Xfinity app on the same mobile devices. You can try asking Xfinity to give you a new Universal Studios tickets code, but I don't know if they have extras or just the ones we as users claim, which I'm sure are all claimed now.

Edit: This is what you should've seen when you claimed it. I removed the code so no one can use my code.

I don't know if I got anywhere, but I gave a terrible review on my customer experience where the technician didn't quite understand what I was talking about. He kept telling me to redeem the $300 off a new watch. I didn't call to get upsold on anything.

Anyway, someone form Comcast contacted me the next day to discuss my experience and she totally understood what I was trying to accomplish and she said "there appears to be a glitch in your account not letting you view redeemed benefits."

She said she was going to forward the message to the team responsible. So here is hoping I guess. I just want to be able to view all of my past benefits like everyone else.

I keep you posted if I get anywhere, but I doubt like you do. I have something like 55 active benefits to view and can't. I wonder if that is the problem. I have too many and the system doesn't understand that.

@user_d911uy Don't hold your breath, but do let me know if it gets fixed. Supposedly developers have been working on the issue for my account for the past four and a half months.

No, I haven't been contacted by support by either e-mail or phone. Still waiting and getting a text from Tech support that they are still working on it and will contact me when the issue gets resolved.
