Cannot Redeem xFi Pod
I received an email that I am eligible for a WiFi Extender at no extra cost but when I try to redeem the pod (while logged into my account), I always get the following error: "Sorry, this line of business is not currently available due to a temporary error. Please try again shortly."
Tried multiple browsers, multiple devices, home WiFi and cellular data, website and iOS Xfinity app - all gives the same error.

To send a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
