Cannot redeem gamestop gift card

Hi everyone,
I don't know if I'm doing this wrong as this is my first time redeeming the Gamestop Gift Card.

I have tried:
- Redeeming it on browser

- Redeeming it on browser after clearing cache and cookies

- Redeeming it on browser in incognito mode

- Redeeming it through a different browser

- Redeeming it on mobile

None of them work. I keep getting: "We're sorry, looks like this award isn't available to you at this time." I don't think I've had this notification before.

I am logged in with our only Xfinity account so there is no confusion there. Account is in good status. Is there anything else I should be checking?
