Cannot reach anyone in the Mobile Phone Reward Center

I have been trying to connect with the rewards center for weeks, left my phone number for them to call me back but no one did, stayed on the line for HOURS every time, only to be hung up on.   I am trying to restore a mobile gift card for $400.  I have been with Xfinity for YEARS and have never considered leaving but this may be the reason to do it.

I've been round and round with all customer service - then the Xfinity Assistant told me I had to call the rewards center directly at 800-526-3268.  which is what I've been calling with no success.
