Cannot pay Bill

So today as I was going to pay my bill, due to a method I use to use to pay does not work anymore. As I attempted to fix the issue and pay the bill, it keeps giving me the prompt “Looks like something went wrong Please reload the page and try again” as I do it gives me the same error. I tried calling and it says that I cannot speak to an agent until I pay what’s past due. Anyway to get this resolved??

@user_7db659 Hello, have you tried to open the Xfinity app or the website on a different device to see if that same message shows? Also, visiting a service center is a quick way to pay the past due.

Yes I have tried too, but I still get the same error.
