Cannot obtain return label

Hello, I have a cancelled cable adapter I am trying to return. I never received a return label by email over the last few days. I logged into xfinity/returns and there is no option to print a label for this device

user_3c6928 If you're unable to print a return label from the Xfinity Return Center, you can visit any Xfinity Retail Store to return your equipment. To find an Xfinity Retail Store location near you, visit xfinity.com/stores. Simply drop off your equipment with the team. After you return your equipment, it'll be immediately removed from your account. Our team at the Xfinity Retail Store will provide you with a receipt confirming your return details.
