Cannot no longer access TCM app on iPad using my xfinity ID and password.

HI!   I get TCM with the Xfinity sports and entertainment package.   Up until recently, I used the TCM app on my iPad, authenticated using my xfinity ID and password and could access a variety of movies on the TCM app.   All of a sudden I cannot do that anymore.   I get the message "Unsupported Provider."   Does anyone know how to resolve?

FWIW, I have never been able to authenticate on the app.  I think this is TCM's problem with their app than anything Comcast related.
