cannot move to new address
I submitted an order to new address but it says something went wrong, i chat with some live agent who helped me submit some order but failed too and he does know why either! he asked me to call xfinity support during day time and the AI assistant from phone is just <Edited: Language>
1. it is year 2024, Xfinity as a internet provider, how come your website is so bad? sometimes i cannot even see my biling, and does not tell me what went wrong
2. ask me to contact support through phone, you will never get a real person talking to and solve the problem

finally solved by last live agent connected , alexander, working on this for 3 days finally get it done
