Cannot get xfinity to bury cable
Xfinity rep. came to our house to install internet for us. Everything was done except the cable was not buried. We were told it would be done ASAP/expedited due to have a young dog in our yard who is prone to chewing things. We were told we would get a call before anyone came to bury the cable to schedule the appointment. The next day while we were not at home, a team of Hispanics who did not speak any English came to our door. We attempted to speak to them through camera systems but they left before we could get home. We have called Xfinity multiple times on this issue with no fix yet. I am nearly 38 weeks pregnant and this cable laying in our yard has caused me to trip several times. This is how becoming a safety concern for me and my unborn child. Today, while everyone in the home was at work, another team of Hispanics came to the house unannounced to bury the cable. This time we even had a sign on our front door written in Spanish asking them to call us when they arrived. They still did not attempt to call, and left again without doing the job. We are at a loss on what to do as we need this cable buried ASAP, and need the people who will bury it to call ahead as we work full time and are not always at home. If this is not fixed within a timely manner we will be cancelling Xfinity.
