Cannot get UPS label to return old equipment

I spent 2.5 hours today waiting for someone to help me in your chat room. I need a UPS label to return an old Xfinity modem. Your page for printing out a UPS shipping label doesn't work and just gives an error message. I cannot easily get to an Xfinity store. What should I do?
