Cannot get to anyone who can help me get on seasonal plan
We have been coming to Florida for the winter for several years and always put our services on the seasonal plan. When I arranged for this before we left Illinois for a date 2 or 3 days later, it was shut off immediately and then we were told it would take a couple of days to restart. So, we began waiting until we arrived in Florida to do this. When I tried yesterday on the website it told me my account was not eligible for the seasonal plan. When I try to call comcast I cannot get through to a human no matter which option I pick. Also everything I tried on the website and the links they insisted on sending me in texts did not accomplish what I need. I wanted to go on seasonal as of Dec 3. I received the newest billing in the "forwarded" mail which was due today 12/10 so I cancelled my autopay and removed my credit card from the system so I could not be billed. Now I am afraid my services will be cancelled altogether because I have no way to convey that it should be on seasonal.
