Cannot get to a human

My internet has been down for over 10 hours. Comcast power outage in my area. Drove around the whole town and everybody has power. Have they actually dispatched someone to look at the issue or just assuming the powers out? Don't know can't get a hold of an actual human. I completely and totaly despise companies that don't let you speak to actual person. The power is not out fix the problem comcast. You have cost me money!

I also wanted to clarify, our service outages won't affect you or your neighbor's actual power going into the homes. If you haven't already, download the My Account App. It's not just to pay your bill. You can also get notifications about interruptions in your area. You can check for outages in a few different ways. Here's how:

Or, if you've registered your mobile phone number for Comcast Alerts, you can text OUT to 266278.
