Cannot get my emails on my Comcast.net account. No help from a live agent. Have spent 30 minutes going around answering the same questions.

Have you tried following the steps in this link, Set up your Xfinity Email address with an email program - Xfinity Support, to see if that helps you get your emails through that email program type?
