Cannot get help!

Our Comcast lines came down during the Christmas storm and were hanging 3 ft off the ground on the road, detached from our house. SO DANGEROUS. Utility company came and said to call Comcast. Called ComCast and was told they would call me. They never did. Called them again (4 diff calls to get thru automated system) and they said the tech had fixed the problem. They have not! Called again (once again 3 calls to get thru automated system) and they said they would get someone there yesterday before noon. No show. Called again and they said before end of day yesterday. NOTHING. Again today, 4 calls to get thru automated system ("emergency" "downed lines" "storm damage" nothing works.) STILL NOTHING. Comcast does not care that we have a very dangerous situation at our home, cables detached from the house, loosely hanging across the road. Trucks, kids on bikes, someone is going to get hurt and Comcast just doesn't care. I don't know how to get this fixed. Call the police? The fire station? A lawyer? We are beyond fed up.
