Cannot get cable box connected

I go past the welcome screen to the screen saying we're connecting to my entertainment and then it says sorry there seems to be some trouble and that I should tighten cables and restart TV box and I did all that and I've restarted twice and there's an RDK 03004 error

Good afternoon user_6y0tux. You have reached the right team and I will be happy to assist you further with getting your cable box working. Thank you for the information you have provided so far. I do have a couple of questions before we begin. Is this a box that you have had or is this a new box that you are connecting? I know you have mentioned already checking the cables. Did you disconnect the coax cable box from the wall and the box, and then reconnect them? Sometimes disconnecting the cable from both ends, and reconnecting will allow the connection to refresh.
