Cannot get a new deal, change service, or get a chat rep that isn't a con artist
My 2 year deal ran out. My bill is insane. Your web site is one giant loop that I have been fighting for months. It is nearly impossible for you to get a live chat rep and, when you do, they blatantly LIE to you. Last rep I got... who was named Arian, I swear... claimed he could cut my bill in half and get "the same exact service, same channel, same speed" and he kept trying to push free smart watches on me, which I reportedly stated I do not want. I told him to email me the deal, as it sounded fishy. It was. It was for like 10 channels and cut my speed from 1000 down to 100! When I told him he was a liar, he said nothing but quickly transferred me to a random department, who said they can't help me. The part of your web site where you can "shop for new deals" or "build your own package" DOES NOT WORK! I cannot stress this enough. So I am either taking legal action against Comcast for fraud (I have it in writing from your own chat rep) or you are going to contact me directly and make this right. I have already contacted the state of PA consumer line. This is ridiculous and you are absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

I'm on the same boat. They had me sign a new contract and now apparently they cant find it in their system. Instead they are pushing me to increase my speed and sign up for a higher bill.
