I'm an Unemployed Disabled Veteran who is trying desperately to get answers on a very high bill; however, I cannot get a Human to Help, AI Assistant goes in infinite Circles going nowhere!!!

My internet is not working and they sent me a new router and WiFi extender for me to install. Nothing is connecting and I cannot get a human on the phone to walk me through it. Why is this company so bad at customer service. This is why monopolies are supposed to be outlawed.
