Cannot generate Prepaid UPS Return Label for exchanged equipment

I ordered and installed a new set box per Xfinity's directions. I can see the old set box on my account page but not on the Return Equipment page. Only the new box is listed there. How do I generate the label I need for UPS to accept my return equipment package?

No, they will be able to scan the equipment to identify the serial number and equipment information.

coachlinda57 Sorry to hear you are having trouble returning equipment online. You can visit your nearest UPS store and they will be able to print a label for you there. You will want to make sure to get a receipt when returning any equipment.
