Cannot figure out how to remove TV from Plan
Has anyone successfully done this? I don't see it on the forum, and it's only just "resolved" with attention from a support person. How do we do this via our account?

The ability to up- or downgrade services via self-service can depend on things like whether your services are bundled, if there's telephony involved, and other considerations; sometimes the online system cannot complete it, and so it prompts you to call in or speak to one of us.
