Cannot figure out how to remove TV from Plan

Has anyone successfully done this? I don't see it on the forum, and it's only just "resolved" with attention from a support person. How do we do this via our account?

The ability to up- or downgrade services via self-service can depend on things like whether your services are bundled, if there's telephony involved, and other considerations; sometimes the online system cannot complete it, and so it prompts you to call in or speak to one of us. We'll be glad to help here, if you'd like us to. If so, please use the following instructions to send a direct message:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon:

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
