Cannot change wifi plan

So I have been trying to change my WiFi plan to the student discounted plan but it just has not been changed. I have spoken to multiple live agents and they have all told me that they have updated it on their end but I still ended up paying for the last bill’s amount. Is there anything I can do.

I was unsure of how to sign up through the website so I spoke with live agents about switching and they told me they changed it but I have yet to see any updates.

Generally the student offer are for new customers,  Do you know what kind of offer you were supposed to be getting?

The live agents told me that they were changing it to the $40 a month WiFi deal for 1 gig. Also saying I had to switch my mobile line to Xfinity as well.

No they did not which is why I was a bit confused but I took their word for it when they say they switched my plan.
