Cannot cancel Xfinity internet
I want to cancel xfinity internet after the current contract ends. Scheduled a call back and I was informed to cancel a month before. On that day, I was told to cancel 30 days before and not a month before. How do I cancel services? How many days before the contract end date can I schedule a cancellation? I want do this as soon as possible.

Hi there, user_afc278! Thanks for reaching out about your service. I am sorry to hear you want to cancel! We are happy to help look for a new promotion or address any concerns you have. You are able to set up a cancellation for any date you choose. You can schedule a change up to 30 days in advance. We would pick the next day after the agreement ends to avoid an early termination fee (when in an agreement). For example, if the agreement ends on the 3rd, set the cancellation for the 4th. The 3rd is the last date you would have service.
