Cannot cancel service

I have been trying to cancel service for the past 10 days. I moved and don’t have an ongoing contract obligation but I need to cancel and return equipment. I’ve used the online form and called several times but can’t get past a bot. I’ve been told each time that someone will call me - no one has. Just let me know how to cancel and return equipment and stop payments. I will contact state attorney general consumer affairs and file a complaint with FTC Tomorrow because I don’t know what else to do. .

You can find your nearest retail store along with the associated store hours by entering your address here https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers. If you'd like us to assist with cancelling your services on this platform, please send us a direct message with your name and the service address listed on the account. To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
-Click "Sign In" if necessary
-Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
-Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
-Press Enter to send it
