Cannot cancel my service via customer support channels

Hello,

Searching the Internet for "Xfinity impossible to cancel service" brought me here. Hoping an Xfinity employee can invite me to reach out via DM to get this taken care of. I've been a pretty satisfied customer for 20 years, I just moved to an area where the local fiber provider is a better fit for me.
