Cannot adjust current plan on a fixed package?
Good afternoon!
I would like to adjust my Xfinity Voice + TV + Internet plan to cut back on TV channels I do not watch and take advantage of the StreamSaver package which includes Apple TV+.
I tried using the Xfinity Assistant chat to adjust it, but my live advisor could not repackage my current TV bundle because it's on a fixed package. She told me to call 1-800-XFINITY, which led me to an automated system that was unable to provide any help. When I tried using Xfinity's online plan shopper, I was very limited in what I could adjust with my plan.
I would still like to keep all three services, but see if a cheaper TV package is available without losing access to my free Max streaming (if possible). If there is a live human or anybody I can speak to in order to make the adjustments I need, that would be much appreciated.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
