Cannot add Unlimited Data to account with own modem, "Temporarily Unavailable"

Tried to go through the chat functionality, and it does not show in the search, only the X-Fi option comes up. Is there anything I can do to get unlimited data on my plan?

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
