Cannot Activate Peacock Subscription
I recently moved my service, and now I am unable to re-activate my Peacock. I get the following error message:
"Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."
Custom service AI robot does nothing to actually help, just directs me to articles and general information about Peacock and can not actually fix my account.
And there is no way to send a direct message to xfinity to have an actually person look into my account and fix my issue. I don't have time to sit on the phone or go in person. I just want someone to look at my account. It is so frustrating that the custom service is just an AI bot, and no way to get direct to real person.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
