Cannot activate Peacock Premium Subscription
Changed to a higher tier service recently which granted me access to Peacock Premium. However, in the yoursubscriptions page of the Xfinity site, I could not click the Activate button. Chat support has also provided a link to xfinity.com/activate-peacock but that page tells me "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer". I don't know what to do. I've tried on the mobile app, on a tablet, on a PC, Chrome, Edge, incognito mode, clearing cache.
