Cannot activate my free Peacock subscription: "Your Xfinity Account is already linked to another Peacock Account"

There is no other Peacock Account I am aware of and it does not matter what email address I enter - I always get the same error regarding my Xfinity account and some unknown Peacock Account.

@user_mb93ca Did you recently move? If so, you must first unlink your old account to the new account using your Primary Xfinity ID.  You can do that by following the instructions on this article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts?linkId=119072615. You should activate your Peacock account using the Primary Xfinity ID on the account.
