Cannot access Peacock Platinum Membership Reward

I reached Platinum Level Xfinity Membership on Jan 21, 2026 which qualifies me a free Peacock Premium subscription. My membership rewards log-in still does not list the benefit link. Furthermore, at the activate-peacock link it messages me: 

We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer

How can this be corrected?

@user_417qq0 Thanks for sharing. Let's try to figure this out together. Please visit this link https://www.xfinity.com/activate-peacock and log in with your primary Xfinity ID and password.

 

An Activate Now button at the top of your account if the Peacock Premium offer isn’t activated. Follow the prompts you'll be redirected to the Peacock website to finish activation.

 

If you receive an invalid username or password message, go ahead and change the password for their Peacock account. Once complete, please revisit xfinity.com/activate-peacock and select the Activate Now button again to confirm your email address and password for Peacock.

 

You should receive a message saying the Peacock account is already active. If you do, please visit this link and log in https://www.peacocktv.com/. Please let me know if this works or not.

At the activate peacock link I still see the message stating my account is not eligible for the offer. There is no Activate Now button displayed on the page or on my account sign in. Should I proceed with changing my peacock password?

@user_417qq0 I really appreciate your time today. Since previous support agents have confirmed your eligibility, but the tile is missing, here are the targeted steps to force the activation:

 

1. Bypass the Rewards dashboard and go directly here: - Direct Link: xfinity.com/activate-peacock
- What to do: Log in with your Primary Xfinity ID. If you see an "Activate" button, you’re good to go. If it says "Ineligible," proceed to step 2.

 

2. Check the "Xfinity Assistant" Banner
For many users, the reward doesn't appear as a clickable tile but as a notification banner inside the automated assistant.
- Go to the Xfinity Assistant.
- Look for a banner at the very top that says "Your Peacock subscription is ready for activation."
- If it isn't there, type "Activate Peacock" into the chat. Sometimes this triggers the system to realize the reward is pending.

 

3. Clear the "Existing Account" Conflict
If you have ever paid for Peacock or had it through a different promotion, the Xfinity reward often won't "drop" until the old subscription is fully purged.
- Log into PeacockTV.com directly.
- Go to Account > Plans & Payment.
- If you have any active plan (even a canceled one that hasn't reached the end of its billing cycle), the Xfinity reward usually won't appear. You may have to wait until the current "period" officially ends for the reward tile to pop up.

 

4. The "Tier Refresh" Issue
Because you just became a Platinum member, there is often a 48–72 hour sync delay between your account reaching the tier and the reward's system "unlocking" the higher-tier perks.
