Cannot access my max in my tablet

I normally watch max in my tablet but today it keeps asking sign in my provider but does not send me to max.

user_bhi78z Thank you so much for reaching out to us here to let us know you are experiencing issues with the MAX app on your tablet! The first thing I always check when I have an app issue is if hte app is up to date. The most recent MAX update (5.9.1) was releases on March 11th, I would also check to make sure your tablet's operating system is up to date. Please let me know if that does not resolve your issue.
