Hello @jny52 Are you using a 3rd party app or the browser? https://www.xfinity.com/email

Don’t know. I usually get all my Comcast emails through my phone.

Are you able to visit the link I provided to see if you are able to access your email? @jny52

I did. That’s how I saw the messages.

Can you explain what you mean by flagged messages? Did you already migrate your emails to Yahoo? @jny52

@XfinityDena

Don’t know how to migrate to Yahoo mail. Is this recommended as the bedt method to access them?

For some weird reason I can now see my emails, but all the Flagged messages are gone. How do I solve this?

This is after I accessed the email link you sent me. I’ve seen threads saying it’s better to access these emails through Yahoo Mail? How is that done?

I would follow the link: https://www.xfinity.com/email and sign in and it should take you through the steps to migrate to Yahoo. Once completed you will be able to access your mail through Yahoo. I personally use the Yahoo email app to access my emails. @jny52

All my emails are still downloading - about 2,730 of them. How did I delete most of them?

To delete emails in Yahoo Mail, select the emails you want to remove by checking the boxes next to them or by clicking "Select All" to select all on the current page. Then, click the "Delete" icon at the top of the page and confirm your choice. For individual emails, click the conversation and then the "More" icon to find "Delete Message" @jny52
