Cannot access email iOS on WiFi. Gmail works

I contacted my WiFi provider and they said it was an Xfinity issue.

We've had reports with customers having issues accessing their Comcast email through 3rd party apps. We've been advised the fix is to reset your Xfinity ID's password and update it within the 3rd party app once it has been processed.

@XfinityDena I changed my password and followed up by changing it on the mail app on my phone as directed. Still no luck. I can only access email through cellular
