Cancelling Wifi
Why do you guys make it so hard to cancel services? My Husband had gotten wifi with you guys while in the Navy. He is no longer in service and we have been trying MONTHS to cancel the plan. We have called only to be immediately hung up on. We have gone to stores where we are told we cannot return the equipment and it has to go back to the original store. We are not driving nor are we flying back to said original store when we are already hundreds of miles away. What do you want us to do so we can stop being charged over $100 every month?!

My pop-pop was in the Navy as well making it my favorite service branch. ❤️ I know how difficult it can be to close an account especially when equipment needs to be returned, but we can help out. There's no need to take a road trip or flight back.
Please send us a direct message with your name and the service address. From there we will have to verify the account, but once that's completed we will work to close the account and send a return kit to you for the device(s).
