Cancelling Services

I have tried calling xfinity and was on hold for over an hour to cancel services. I am not in state now as I had to leave to help my sick parents. I have called and have waited on the DM chat for almost an hour as well and still no response to cancel my services. I need them cancelled ASAP as we are no longer in state. Once they are cancelled my friend will drop off the equipment to an xfinity store. HELP!!! It is crazy that I can't even get help on teh DM chat they I was told to use.
