cancelling service?
I moved out of my apartment months ago and was told that I would no longer be charged for internet as the account and equipment was transferred to one of my roommates, but I am still being charged. Every time I have tried to cancel or remove my information I've been unable to contact anyone. I would like a refund for the past 2 months as I have not been living at the address at all. Frankly I find it unprofessional how difficult it is to get ahold of anyone without making public posts begging for assistance. Thank you ahead of time.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
