Cancelling Protection Plan

I have either called, visited a store, and contacted via the assistant no less than 13 times to have the protection plan removed from my mobile service. Each time I go through the lengthy process of approving access and changes only to have the $19 charge show up again the following mo th!

I called three times the past two days and was assured it was removed. Then I’m told it’s erroring when they try to save the removal and it has to go to the backend engineers. For this months upcoming bill, they had to issue my account a credit to remove the cost of the protection plan. I can already see the charge for the next cycle has the plan still in force!

Now, either this gets cancelled once and for all or I simply send payment in minus the $19 plan charge OR I take the iPhone 17 Pro Max to a store, and turn it in stating I’m done paying for everything and to stick the phone up your arse!

This is absolutely outrageous already that a simple task of removing a $19 charge can be this difficult! I’m tired of contacting, going through the lengthy authorization process, getting hung up on or disconnected and have to start all over again!

So in closing here, someone please forward this to someone of importance there who would have the ability to fix this issue once and for all! And also, move your [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] customer service back to the US where people can understand what the agent is saying!
