Cancelling Paramount+ after account is Closed
I cancelled my Xfinity in 2024 only to have a surprise renewal of Paramount+ in June of 2025. I chatted with an Xfinity agent and they told me not to worry about it, they took it off. Just last week I received a call for a collections agency looking for the money. I reached out to Comcast again and after an hour on the phone finally received a credit but was told that Xfinity couldn't cancel Paramount+ for me and that I needed to work with Paramount+ to cancel. I did that today only to be told that they can't do it and that I needed to contact Xfinity. I am in a nightmare loop of trying to cancel Paramount+ that will most likely renew again in June 2026 and I will have to fight this battle again. Xfinity should cancel all subscriptions when you cancel their service or they shouldn't let you set up at all. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. As far as I am concerned I will be telling everyone I know about this mess that Xfinity has created. Someone need to figure out how to work with Paramount+ and fix this issue for me.
