Cancelling netflix ordered through xfinity

Hello  I have been unsuccessful with the chatbot getting me to an agent. I am trying to cancel my netflix. Thank you!

I've been trying to cancel netflix as well. The assistant can't help. I don't see this Direct Message icon. https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging just redirects to https://forums.xfinity.com/ . Did something change? How do you message support now?
